Additional cost: $10+GST per extra area $30+GST for furnished properties $1.5+GST per km if the property locates over 20 km from our inspectors

Cancellation Fee: $50+GST. A call out fee $99+GST to be charged if we visit the property on site and it is not ready for the inspection.
