Dana is more than a Property Manager to provide you good services, she works hard to find the most suitable tenants for the properties of her landlords. She inspects properties with attention to detail, assesses and organises maintenance responsibly, resolves conflicts lawfully and has excellent communication skills. 

 

Dana has a Master degree of Commerce from RMIT in Australia Melbourne, majoring in International Business and Management. With a Bachelor of Economics in China. Speaking fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and having lived and studied in New Zealand since 2013.  

 

With many years of experience working in property management industry, Dana has gained a wealth of business knowledge and excellent customer service skills. She works hard to establish and maintain positive relationships with her landlords and tenants.

Pursue over a decade NZ local working experience at property management industry, and having emigrated from Canton China over two decades, Stella possesses excellent verbal and written communication skill at Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Stella believes clear and open communication is key to maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationship. With years of background in accounting, she has a strong eye on details. Stella has been accountable for her landlords and tenants. Being a mother of two children, Stella is extremely organized and energetic. Stella always prompts in responding landlord’s management inquires and tenant’s maintenance requests.

Stella obtains a qualification of property management, and strongly understanding NZ Residencial Act 1986, Residential Tenancies Regulations 2016 and Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2020. She committed to the code of practice of property management.
